Last year, the Rotary Club of Niagara Falls Sunrise wrapped up its legendary 20-year Ribfest — and instead of letting that community tradition disappear, Ribstock™ was born.

What started as a new chapter turned into an instant hit: a homegrown festival packed with music, amazing food, local businesses, and good people coming together for something bigger than just a weekend event.

And in Year One, nearly $20,000 was raised for charity — because this community showed up in a big way.
